Harnessing Simplicity

For Space Energy Correction, Conscious Vaastu recommends using the "out to in" strategy which means to harness the energy from mother nature into the premise. The energy flowing from the environment into the space is important as it is the main source of energy. For Personal Vaastu, the recommended strategy is "in to out." This means uplift your inner energy first and align with the external environment.

Remember, protecting Earth's energy and environment is the first step before starting to implement energy corrections at both the space and personal levels. When the energy within the environment is supportive, it becomes easy to harness and channelize for overall well-being. This involves a combination of individual actions, community efforts, and global initiatives.

Tips and tricks for Space Vaastu

  • Conscious Vaastu associates its approach with energy. Light is an important source of energy within a space. It is important to use energy-efficient lights in the space and turn them off whenever they aren’t required and conserve energy.

  • Ventilation: Appropriate ventilation is fundamental to allow the circulation of fresh energy inside throughout the space. Choked or inadequate flow of air can lead to stagnation of energy and may negatively impact the inhabitants' health and vitality.

  • Open Spaces: Open areas or courtyards if available on the premises must be actively used physically as they facilitate the flow of fresh air and natural light, promoting a sense of bloom and well-being.

  • Artificial Air: Air Conditions are good for comfort; however, fresh air is a must for Conscious Vaastu™ balancing. Many people use artificial remedies for the activation of air element such as wind chimes, artwork depicting air, feathers which aren’t appropriate. They cannot substitute Mother Nature.

  • Conscious Vaastu uses the power of smell in sensing the energy of the space. Every space has its own ‘natural smell’. It is important to sense the type of ‘natural smell’ in your living space which helps to understand the type of air energy.

  • Neutral or naturally pleasant aroma helps in uplifting the energy of the space which has corresponding effect in improving the personal energy.

  • Avoid artificial perfumes and air fresheners in closed spaces. These items create a good smell, but have high impact on space and personal energy. Artificial air fresheners generally release volatile organic compounds into the air which depletes the energy of the space and also impacts on personal energy levels too.

  • If you use carpets or rugs in your spaces, ensure they are cleaned regularly.

  • Air energy enters through the windows so it is important to clean the curtains / drapes / sheers on regular intervals, since they work like filters for air energy.

  • Conscious Vaastu recommends using only natural fragrances if occupants like.

  • Fresh flowers are the best source for subtle smell and uplifting the energy of the spaces. They can be used on dining table / conference tables.

  • Avoid salt water mops.

  • Natural way to detox the space energy is by using neem leaves. Take a bucket full of water and soak neem leaves in it for around 8 to 10 hours (overnight). Strain the water and mop the floor. While mopping try keeping windows open and allow the fresh air to enter the space. This mopping can be done when you experience low energy personally or in the space.

  • Vaastu principles adapted for vehicle is called as Yaan Vaastu. One of the important factors to be considered in the vehicle is quality of air inside. Avoid using artificial fragrances / fresheners inside the vehicle. Regular services of the vehicle help in maintaining the odour levels.

  • In bedroom: Sleep is considered as one of the best way to rejuvenate the energy. Water energy being fluid in nature needs to be away from the bed especially avoid placing it directly besides the headboard as it creates imbalance in energy besides the bed. Also avoid placing water bottles near the television sets. Keep it as away as possible.

  • Keep bathroom door closed when not in use.

  • Fix any leaking taps.

  • Ensure drains and basins are not clogged.

  • For western toilets, always cover the seat when not in use, especially during flushing, to minimize energy drainage.

  • Bathrooms should be well-lit and ventilated. If natural light and ventilation are limited, keep the space as clean and dry as possible especially after the use.

  • Consider adding live indoor plants inside the bathrooms and toilets to purify the energy and reduce leaks.

  • These days many people prefer to have glass bathrooms that are visible from bedroom. These are not the best, since the energy can freely travel through glass adding to excessive energy leaks. It is strongly recommended to use roller blinds or install frosted films on the glass to minimize the leaks.

  • Toilet behind the bed weakens the energy. Simple way to deal with this is to move the bed slightly ahead of the toilet wall – keeping like an inch gap between the bed and wall. Alternatively, add a live plant inside the toilet.

  • A toilet door directly opposite the bed also disrupts energy flow; keep the door closed when not in use.

  • Toilet door that are in flush with the outer wall of the room helps in minimizing the impact.

  • Having glass partition for wet area helps in minimizing the water spillage keeping toilet dry which works well.

Tips and tricks for Personal Vaastu

  • The raw material that is used to cook any meal uses earth energy for its production and efforts of so many people before it is ready and reaches the dining table. Conscious Vaastu™ strongly recommends to avoid food wastage.

  • Make conscious change in your daily life such as consuming products with minimal packaging, composting organic waste, and choosing environmentally friendly alternatives.

  • Physical activities: Simple activities performed in natural air contribute to overall well-being.

  • Natural Air: Overall, the natural air element is a key requisite for human health, well-being, and the health of space and consciousness.

  • Inhale love, exhale hatred: This is a very powerful metaphor that blends very well with Conscious Vaastu. When you breathe in, you feed energy to the body, mind, and your emotions; when you breathe out, you release energy. This is something that is going on continuously, so having this simple idea helps to feed in the energy of 'love,' which has its own power and impact on enhancing personal energy.

  • Incorporate good practices into the routine. It is extremely important to wash clothes daily before wearing rather than repeating the same attire without washing which is a must for personal energy upliftment.

  • Bad breath also reduces personal energy, so appropriate oral health is essential.

  • Drink water with love: Transform your relationship with water element. Water is a divine gift from Mother Nature. Drink water with love and take a moment to appreciate the satisfaction it gives, instead of gulping it down. This simple awareness uplifts inner energy. Drinking a glass of water slowly helps in pacifying the inner energy when a person experiences anger.

  • Be adaptable: Just as water flows and adapts our inner energy too should be flowing in harmonious way and we too should be adaptable to the situations.
